After thoughtful implementation and extensive flight testing, Rotax’s new powerhouse, the 915iS has now become the star powerplant in AutoGyro’s inventory. Available on the MTO Sport 2017 and exclusively powering the new Cavalon, this 141hp, turbocharged, redundantly fuel injected, intercooled, dual FADEC controlled powerplant brings gyroplane performance to astonishing levels.
Based on the proven concept of the Rotax 912 / 914 engine series, the Rotax 915iS offers substantially more power, greater efficiency, easier operation and high system redundancy expected of aviation applications.
